Directed Tasks for Phase 1

During Phase 1, trainees are required to complete a range of directed tasks to support them in their development as teachers.

The tasks are:

1. Phonics
2. Focus Children Progress Summary
3. Observing Expert Colleagues
4. SEND: Speech, Language and Communication Needs
5. Understanding the school’s context and curriculum
