During Phase 3, trainees are required to complete a range of directed tasks to support them in their development as teachers. The first four of these are essential and must be completed in this phase.
The tasks are:
1) Understanding the school’s context and curriculum
4)Engagement with wider school life
5) Teaching a sequence of PE lessons ( if not completed in P2)
6) Teaching a sequence of phonics lessons (if not completed in P1 or P2)
7) Observing expert colleagues (English, mathematics, phonics) in response to your personal targets
