Visits by the Visiting Tutors for University-led and Quality Assurance Tutors/ Initial Teacher Education Co-ordinators for School Direct will be arranged at mutually agreeable times.
University-led trainees will have a visit from the Visiting Tutor in week 2 or 3 and week 6 or 7.
For School Direct trainees the second visit will be carried out by the ITE Co-ordinator. The first visit will be carried out by the University Tutor in week 2 or 3.
All Primary PGCE trainees have a current enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate which enables them to carry out their professional studies within University of Leicester Partnership Schools.
