Timetable
A blank timetable for student teachers to fill in – this should be sent to the university tutor as soon as possible and needs to include detail on: lesson times; group name/ set; weekly co-tutor meeting.
Evidence Record Form (teaching)
Use this form to make notes on lesson observations.
Evidence Record Form (other)
Use this form to note evidence which is not classroom teaching , eg settling in, parents’ evenings, extra curricular activities, professional behaviours, duties, contributions to staff meetings etc. This is a useful ERF to fill in for the first week of placement.
